I recently shot an At Home feature about dating site OkCupid founder Christian Rudder for the Financial Times. I photographed his renovated colonial row home in Brooklyn, as well as did some portraits at his upright Hardman Grand Piano.
Surprising Fact: Christian is part of indie band Bishop Allen.

The muted, dark blue façade of Christian Rudder’s four-storey Brooklyn row house belies the meticulous renovation that lies within. In the entrance hall, floor tiles spell out “Hello”, and Rudder, co-founder and president of dating website OkCupid, greets me with a hushed voice, so as not to wake his three-year-old daughter, Plum, who has just gone down for a nap.
