New York Magazine’s The Cut recently ran a cover story tracing NYC Fashion history through the 20th and into the 21st century. I was pleasantly surprised to see a photograph of mine published in the article. The image is of a model I shot in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn last year in green tights and a furry blue sweater leaning against a classic Cadillac. It is street style photography, invented in New York City according to The Cut article, and sits alongside notable photographers like Joel Meyerowitz and Richard Renaldi.
I don’t like that almost half the image was cropped, which is of course and editorial decision I have no control over. So, I’ve included the full photograph below the tearsheet. Have a look at the article here.
