Bryan Shin, the CEO of Bonchon, is one of the nicest executives I’ve ever met. I photographed him for the cover of Franchise Magazine for a story about the Korean fried chicken fast food restaurant chain. It was Bryan’s first photoshoot ever, but I would had never known if I hadn’t asked. He was very quiet, calm and easy to work with. One of the shots is of him with a few of the dishes. Not surprisingly, the food at Bonchon is super delicious!
