I had the fortune of meeting and photographing portraits of Coney Island Luna Park developer & CEO Alberto Zamperla, a few years ago. It was pleasant shooting portraits with him. He was more than willing to shoot in multiple locations doing various poses around the boardwalk of Coney Island and Luna Park. I even made portraits of Alberto on one ride overlooking Luna Park. He graciously offered to let me go on Luna Park amusement rides whenever I’d like. I have yet to take him up on the offer. Being Italian, this story was photographed for Italian weekly magazine Panorma, founded a long time ago in 1939.
