Witness the many faces of Russian chess grandmaster Garry Kasparov. This series of eclectic portraits was photographed for French magazine Le Parisien. The Soviet-born, former World Chess Champion, writer and political activist was photographed during an interview for the magazine. Le Parisien also wanted a nice portrait for the cover, so Mr Kasparov was photographed a bit more somberly with the New York City skyline as the backdrop.
